Server administering is a very challenging duty for first–time VPS customers – you have to keep track of how your Virtual Private Server is doing, to determine if it is under stress, to see if all the services are performing okay. It’s a procedure that requires permanent attention, and you most likely do not have time to do that. For this reason, we offer that we handle the job for you. If you take advantage of our Managed Services package, we will be keeping constant track of your server and all the services running on it. As a result you will have much more time for your web sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your data is compulsory – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having signed for our Managed Services offer, you can enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you having to set up or configure anything. Last but not least the backup copies are always retained on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard drives. As a result your hosted content will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually endless set of options, you will often have to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services offer, which permits you to call for any of our experienced server administrators to install and set up any software app and to solve any trouble that you’re having with the VPS server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Plans.
